Is there a way where my body can feel the relaxation from weed but my head can stay sober?

how do i not get the head high?
an indica strain is more focused towards a body buzz...my thinking is definitely slowed, but I can think correctly, and having add it really slows my mind down to a normal pace and improves my ability to think and concentrate..I love indica..

Eating it is more of a body high for some reason.
