If i were to pollinate a female on purpose in an indoor grow room, would the pollen linger and affect later grows? I mean i don't want to spend 50-100 bucks on ten seeds and grow half of those actual females and then have to buy more seeds, but i don't want seeds in the rest of my plants. come on.

I suggest you do one of three things:

1. Choose your best looking female and keep it as a clone mom.
2. Once sex has been established, move one male and one female to another grow space COMPLETELY REMOVED from your flowering space, so that you can pollinate them there.
3. Search for methods of pollination here and elsewhere. I've never done it, but supposedly you can pollinate only one budsite (if thats all the seeds you want), and leave the female in the flower room with the rest of them. Something to do with tying a bag of pollen around the budsite.
