Very rarely will an entire plant be ready for harvest all at once (unless it has been seriously FIMed, LSTed, trained, and grown specifically for an even and all in one harvest). Cut each bud individually when it is correctly timed for harvest. This is not the same thing as to say "cut the buds when you run out of something to smoke." The latter will just screw up your harvesting time and potency, leaving you with poor bud. Check the trichomes with your magnifier, and when each bud is appropriately colored for harvest, cut it, dry it, cure it, and then store it for future use . Happy harvesting!

PS - I would say from the time those images were captured you have 3-4 weeks before your main harvest window opens up. At that point, you may have some buds ready to be taken off. The coloring is just a little too light for me to comfortably say anything sooner than 3 weeks.
