If you don't want to go the exhaust route, try using at least 2 oscillating fans in there. 90 is pretty high, 85 should be the max temp.

You may get by in veg, but you will address the heat for flower.

I think that Im in the same situation as you. Its difficult to find a good way to vent and difficult too. Tell me your situation. Maybe I can help ....

You don't really want to go much above 75 at any time. When you do, you open the door for pests and mold, two things you never want. Oscilating fans and opening the door for a bit should cure this for you. Or if you want to buy some computer fans and tubing you could vent your room. It is up to you.
