I've never picked cucumbers but I used to go potato picking when I was a young teenager.

psychocat Reviewed by psychocat on 09-29-2007. What's your profession We all know that stony pony's are all coined as "lazy" "unmotivated" and "disrespectful". Some even go as far to say we are never going to amount to anything in life! I on the other hand, am getting a degree in drafting (architecture), while working...as a drafter. I plan to continue my education till I am a liscensed architect, and make a high amount of money. My schedule is packed, but i still find time to blaze basically every day, without ever losing ambition. Where I am getting Rating: 5

I work on a makeshift assembly line putting gaskets and foam into boxes. I never relized how many dimensions there are to a box. 8 bucks an hour. 8 hour day.

I can get stoned as hell and work because putting shit into boxes isn't all that hard.

Waitress and fill-in bartender at a pub
Contestant in local and state-level pageants

EMT-paramedic for a fire department - I did this job while working many of these other gigs and/or going to school.
High school teacher (English/journalism)
News reporter for city desk at Dallas' biggest newspaper, then a feature reporter
Wife - Not really a profession, but it does require work
Law student/summer clerk/holder of JD degree/inactive member of Texas State Bar
Mother - My most important job
Technical contract writer (ghastly) for a global information technology company
Marketing communications, advertising and/or PR writer for that same IT company
Executive speechwriter (still the same company)
Volunteer facilitator/mediator at county crisis center/women's shelter. I've had many other volunteer gigs over the years, but this is the longest-lasting one and the most interesting.

Aspiration: Practicing ER physician (I think) or possibly pediatrician/adolescent medicine
