    Drying fubar

Does anyone have any advice for me?

I chopped this plant a week ago and hung it up to dry.

It was put in a mobile clothes closet with out any clothes. It was in the basement

The closet had holes for an intake and release for cross ventilation. The airflow was across the top of the closet, not directly on the plants.

When I pulled the buds out today, they were very dry and not very attractive. It's hard to explain but itā??s as if they dried out too much. The very small trim that usually dries with the plant during curing and wraps itself around the bud was completely crisp. They are thin and light and for the most part not smokable.

Here are before and after pictures.

I new sativas were not especially dense, but damnā?¦

I have more plants and do not want this to happen again, any suggestions?

I read on here somewhere that you can put them in plastic bags with a few fresh fan leaves and seal em air tight for awhile. The moisture from the fan leaves is supposed to transfer to the buds and rehydrate them a bit.

    Peace

That bud looks fine man,id def smoke it....if it tasted nice, certainly looks the part. just keep an eye on your drying times if its a bit dry for your liking. It looks better than some of the shite we get in the uk,ranging from so dry,its dusty or so wet its virtually un-smokable! be happy,or you could always forward it to me lol.peace
