I am planning on ordering the 600w hps system this weekend. 190.00 plus s&h

I plan on growing 10-12 plants underneath it during flowering.


Does this look like a decent buy? Thoughts/opinions...:jointsmile:

For the small diference in price I think I go with the 1000w system.They are good prices.

I agree go with the 1000 watt.

it keeps adding to the price, I know, but I'd invest in the best ballast I could afford, preferably a new electronic type ... :smokin:

i was thinking the 1000 watter would get to hot for the room im growing in though.
The cost to run it would be higher as well.

My room has no ventilation other than a couple oscilating fans at the moment. Im looking to vent out my un-used dryer vent, but cant find any decent blowers.

The place where you found the price on lights doesn't stock blowers? If not, google it. Blowers should be as easy to find as lights!

Blowers are louder than inline fans, if that matters to you. Also I would keep saving a little money until you can get a digital ballast. It has several advantages. For one thing, it will pay for itself within a year.
