I would switch the solution to something a bit less potent or maybe even just straight ph balanced water until the plants start looking healthy again. Hydroponics is a very delicate process and not nearly as forgiving as a soil grow. If this is your first grow I would try taking it slow using 1/4-1/2 strength nutes so you don't get any burns. Not sure on 1/4 or 1/2? Go with 1/4 to be safe then. Asthey say better safe than sorry.Go buy/download/whatever a copy of the Cannabis Grow Bible by Greg Green or a copy of Marijuana Horticulture by Jorge Cervantes. Either has a whole section dedicated to hydroponics with a lot of info on DWC setups also. Those two books are meant to be used basically like a manual... You start your grow at chapter one and by the time you harvest you should have a decent crop and know most everything there is to know about propagation. Don't like to read? Then what are you doing on these forums!? Nah I'm just playin. But if you really don't enjoy reading go get a copy of Sir Jorge's Ultimate Grow DVD. I have read/watched all three of these and they have proved invaluable.

I dont know what is wrong with the roots on 2 out of my 4 plants....they have brown slimy spots on them...??? I am using General Hydroponics Floracious Grow nutrients right now...so i dont know if that has any thing to do with it or what?? and the plant in the picture was growing well and then it developed these burn spots and then it started to get dark green areas and now this is what it turned out like...the new growth shoots are like burned and yellow...and this is only to the one plant out Rating: 5
