    PossibleTestSoon 3+ weeks Clean (Advice?)

    I have done a bit of research (here) and other places. I have a test possibly Feb 3(22days Clean) or Feb 7ish (26days). I will not know exact day of "pre-employment physical" Till Feb 2nd.

    Last smoked a little resin the morning of Jan 14.(Day I got unexpected call)
    Before that I smoked a little less then a 1/4oz a month of kind for the last 3 months. I was clean for 2-3 months before that. Chronic Before that.

    I weigh about 250 and am 6'2". About 20-30pounds overweight. OK metabolism. I can loose weight fast and am pretty strong. Used to be an athlete 5 years ago.

    I thought my test would be on the Feb 1st(got some days of reprieve) I exercised like a madman until Jan(21st). High Fiber low fat diet and lost about 5 pounds. I then switched to lazy mode, like mentioned in posts(sit and eat). Wanted more exercise time but unknown date stopped me. I was going to try dilution and have read several different methods, but don't want to put any super crap in my body(certo etc.) I was going to make/take some diuretics(Milk Thistle, Ginseng, Green Tea extract, Dandelion root) for 3+ days starting on the 31st and drink tons of water. I was also thinking about practicing(tons of water) this weekend with home drug tests.

    This is my first ever drug test, and I really want this job bad!!

    Any additional advice will be very appreciated, and I will post to let you all know my results etc..

    drink, drink, drink, and exercise. get some sweat going. nothing like lifting, just run on the treadmill, that sort of thing. green tea is your close friend.

    Is week too much? How many day should I stop for?
