    Break: Day 8, some observations.

My last toke was Wednesday (September 19), before that, I was taking 2-3 waterfall hits every night for 3 weeks straight.

My tolerance rose as high as the heavens because of this.

A few things I've noticed since then.

    - I'm a lot less tired all the time.
    - I can remember dreams.:wtf:
    - 5 headaches in 8 days. Haven't had headaches in a while before that.
    - My thoughts are clear and not jumbled.
    - I don't forget things as much.
    - I'm less of a pussy. (bud always makes me think about other people's perspective)
    - Sleep isn't as great.
    - More cardiovascular endurance (obviously)
    - I've been eating less and less. I would eat 6 meals a day, now I eat 3. (I want to gain wait so I can hit the gym and get more muscle)
    - More money.

Since this break, 6 out of 10 observations are for the better.

Since this break, 3 out of 10 observations are for the worse.

    1 being not important.

Similarities in your own observations while on breaks?

I get shit done when I'm not high.
I can eat and sleep and remember my dreams either way.
Being high is tight and all, but I only smoke about once a week now, and I am such a lightweight that I can smoke .2-.5 and get fucked up.

Being under control is the shit. I'm happy youv'e caught on man.

Control wasn't really an issue in the past. I was always a "once a week toker". I only started the daily routine because my friend began to get paranoid about the ounce in his room and sold me 10g for 50$

Does your observations have the same weight? You said that 6 of 10 were good, and 3 of 10 were bad... so it seems smoking is a bad thing for you... unless the weight of each observation is not the same... think about it...

More money is the only plus to not smoking for me.

    Hmm...

    = Still always tired. Always.
= Still eat buckets of food.
    = Still weigh 160 lbs.
= Can remember my dreams - some I don't want to though.
= More money, which is instead spent on new piercings or other entertainment.
= Little artistic inspiration, although my photography has picked up.
= Short-term memory is as shitty as ever.
    + Cardio is easier.
+ Not as paranoid about what everyone is thinking about me.
+ Getting shit done ahead of schedule.
    + Clearer, faster thinking.
    + More assertive.
    - More stress, therefore more back and neck pain.
    - Depression comes back occasionally, pretty much nulling any of the positive effects of quitting.
    - Getting tired of eating the same kinds of food all the damn time.
    - I don't like getting drunk, so I don't really have any mental "downtime".
    - Less outgoing.

Smoking effects me in a better way than a bad way.

That is how I see it.

    Me too!
In fact, for me, the only good thing about having a break is going HIGHHH when smoke again... :stoned::rastasmoke::abduct:

hey what up man. i have alot of exerience w this. i get antsy and sometimes aggrivaed when i dont smoke. i go to the gym everyday no matter what i do or how much smoke. exercise/plenty of fruits and veggies is the key to low tolerance. if u just sit on ur can all day eatin pizza and takin b rips your blaze will not be as fresh.

i work 7am-3pm and today im not smoking until i get off. i usually wake n bake n toke on breaks.
