i'm looking to get a new guitar, anyone have an acoustic/electric or know of any really good models? i don't want to spend more than $400. any suggestions would be awesome, thanks

i have a PRS Santana SE, and I like it a lot. Sometimes I wish I had bought an Ibanez, though. They make awesome electrics in the low to mid price range.

Thats where I buy most of my guitars.They have retail stores in my area.
I think you'll find quite a few in your price range.

Oops, sorry I read this when I was ripped last night. At the time, I thought "Acoustic/Electric" meant "Acoustic or Electric." Sometimes my common sense goes to hell when I'm high, lol.

Ive had my ibanez for years, its a great guitar, i play the shit out of it

Taylors are the best for the price. But for a real guitar, best sound, Martin or Gibson acoustics.

i have a takamine acoustic that plugs in, and i love it.

you can buy a really nice used guitar for 400.00

i would rather a used guitar because you can buy a 800.00 guitar for the 400 or buy a cheap NEW 400 dollar guitar. my guitar was 600.00 new and have seen it sell for 250.00 on craigslist and have seen 1000.00 guitars go for next to nothing.
