Checking PH for Soil Growing
Take a clean water sample. Deionized would be best but tap is okay, just test its pH FIRST.
pour a good amount of this tested water through your pot and collect it in a clean cup.
Test the pH of the runoff.
Compare it to the pH of the water that you put in there.
Think really hard...stinkyattic Reviewed by stinkyattic on . Checking PH for Soil Growing I did a test run with indoor growing about a year ago, except I used hydroponics, and decided it was too much work with all the timers and changing water and all that. So, recently, I have decided to take up on indoor growing, which is fairly new to me. I was wondering how to check the PH when growing soil, and, also, the best watering schedule (how much, when, etc.) that you all have used for best results. Rating: 5
