Can I use a 5x, 10x, or 15x magnefier to see the trichs? Thats the only sizes the Radio Shack carries near my crib. PLEASE HELP! I think my babies are ready, but I want to be sure.

I would go with the 15x. Right now im using a 60-100x but think 30x would be ideal.

Reaper, I just went and purchased the exact same one 60x-100x. I went to look for the trichs and could see nothing but green. I know the trichs are there because I can see them with the naked eye. Should I wait till its dark outside for a better view? Or what? It has a little light on the end of the scope.

Probably same one i have. You really got to put it right up against the bud and play around with the focus and zoom. Its kind of hard to use but when you hit a sweet spot you get an excellent view. Its easier if you take a little leaf or bud off and uise that so its stable.

I usually focus it on my skin and get the focus there and then look at the bud. Your focus should be close!

Thanks, they're all looking more amber than anything else. I'm looking for the couch-lock effect. The darker the trichs the better. Is this correct?
