    leaf curling

    can anyone tell me about this problem my plants are still in veg growing ok but a bit slow i think. its about 9 inches after 1 and a half months of growth from seed but my top leafs are curling down at the sides and at the tips but bottom sets are fine stright and pointing up slightly looked on overgrow and in the grow bible but does not have anything on this problem also my first set of leaves died off already in veg but still growing at node region will it still produce buds with no fan leaves thanks for any help

    post a pic.... please..

    things to check.. watering ? make sure you flood soil.. then let tope 2-3 inches becfome dry... daily watering is a NO NO...

    How is the ppm of your water.... tap water with 100-200ppm can really slow a plant down.. and then kill it.. especially if you are hydro...

    What color are the stems?

    How is your ph?


    9 inches sounds small for 6 weeks... what kind of light are you using? It should start growing at least an inch a day...

    Yes, PH and water schedule are important. Are they yellow also?

    One classic cause of leaves "clawing" down is too much nitrogen. I had this problem on a couple of grows before I figured it out. How much food are you giving them?

    Let us know the feeding schedule...
