I've never heard that particular claim before, but, it would make sense, if true ... whenever two dis-similar strains are crossed, the resultant F1 benefits from 'hybrid vigor', a 'boost' from Mother Nature, that results in healthier growth and potency, sometimes creating a better plant than either of the parents ... good point ... :thumbsup:
