Here is an update with some new images. The trichs on most buds are much more cloudy than they have been (about 80-90% cloudy), however very few (if any) have begun to turn amber. I would say this puts the prime harvest window at about 5 days from now on most of the buds. The harvest may, however, be delayed to allow for a little extra bud maturation. Some of the more immature buds will be allowed to flower out after the initial harvest to allow for maximum yield, which will probably extend the harvest for several weeks (I would guess a second round in about 14-20 days). Two small buds were clipped at the time these images were taken, and an image of them on a scale (accurate to a hundredth of a gram) is also included (exactly 3g *WET* combined - all but the smallest flower leaves were removed). I am estimating a little under 1g dry weight from these two buds (the smaller one is currently being rapidly dehydrated to check potency and effect). Should there be a stronger body stone than would be expected at this point, the harvest may instead be moved ahead a few days (aiming for 80% heady, 20% body) - but this is less likely than allowing for more bud maturation by extending the harvest date. In addition, going by the wet to dry ratio of the few buds that have been tested (and dried), they retain about 30% of their weight once dry. The total yield (wet) is estimated to be from 60-80g (based on number of full colas and large buds), which would put the dry weight around 18-27g total - not too bad considering the potency of the previously tested buds. By dry weight, about 1/3g (0.3g) has been enough in testing to produce competely profound experiences (near dissociative - similar to Ketamine, Dextromethorphan, or Nitrous - but without much sensory distortion; mainly dissolution of ego and depersonalization/derealization), while 1/6g (0.15g) has shown to be enough to cause a very strong high.
