Taking medicine and weed at the same time.

The other week me and my mate decided to blaze. Just another day you might say except I was totally ill as fuck, but it seemed like such a waste not to smoke as I had a free house all weekend.
Before we smoked, I took two paracetamol and afterwards just felt entirely fucked up, so much to the point I was falling over after one shared joint.

Are there any harmful effects of taking medicine and smoking at the same time? I heard there was but does anyone know the details?

there can be harmful effects but they dont usually happen...

the main thing is that the drug amplifies the effect of the weed while the weed amplifies the effect of the drug. so basically you just get really fucked up...

mixing two is alright, but three and four is pushing it. for instance, take a vicodin, drink a beer or two, smoke a bowl and you will be very fucked up, and its pretty good as long as you only take one vico, and only drink 3 beers at most(unless u have really high tolerance).
