Thats bad luck, these situations happen to everyone and it is by no means anything to worry oneself about. In my opinion and many others cannabis is a victimless crime if it is a crime at all. A man alone sampling a plant in his home which has been used for thousends of years is not a crime and to be one, then surely there must be an underlining agenda behind it (which will be discussed below).

Sorry to hear that buddy. No one deserves to be treated as a criminal for smoking the wisdom weed. If you have to swear on the bible in court, then you should be allowed to use it against them to say that God created cannabis and therefore, the laws are arbitrary. He made the grass grow for the cattle and the herb for the service of man. His-story repeats its self. Free ganja.
I agree.

The law on cannabis is a shameful example of how ill judged our laws actually are, yet the establishment are not at all ignorant to the reason of why it is illegal, they know full well that cannabis would not fit in with such a capitalistic conservative - work driven society - which would explain the reason why coffee is legal and alcohol is legal, they clearly want you working like demons and lusting over fast cars and large houses.

Every worker is entitled to two coffee breaks everyday, why donā??t we have a cannabis break? cannabis would clearly have a detrimental effect upon the productivity of a workforce and of a nation as a whole. If you owned an empire and you needed your workers to work long tiresome hours for you, would you not make illegal the entities which will stop them from doing so?

Would you not hold a carrot to the donkey to enable it to work faster and harder? Perhaps if i swap the analogy of a carrot for a mercedes or a yacht or maybe a holiday? Or how about a larger house?

Cannabis makes people less susceptible to propaganda, they are harder to control, cannabis users are far more individualistic and follow the creativity of their own brain not the monotonous robotic opinions of the media, it is more difficult to influence cannabis users insider a formal hierarchical workplace environment. Thinking outside the box is dangerous.

Dont be a terrorist, dont smoke cannabis lol (we are heading in this direction).

They dont want you kicking back and relaxing, opening your thought to ideas of revolutionising the state of oppression which surrounds you. Anyone arguing the economic virtues of hemp in terms of legalisation is kidding themselves the above statements I have made are clearly more obvious reasons as to why cannabis is illegal.

Contemplate one day how vigorous in terms of work, politics, police and general human behaviour America is compared to Holland lol.

European politics are far different to American politics and social structures.

This is why cannabis is illegal.
