Hello all, and thanks in advance!

I have read quite a few threads but would like some opinions. I plan to do the dilution from the dilution sticky.

I am about 5'5, 120 pounds but a rather slow metabolism. The only way I maintain this weight is with about 1200-1400 calories per day. I was smoking daily for several months through August 5. After that, on 4 occasions I took 2 or 3 hits only, spaced about 1 or 2 weeks apart. The last time was 12 days ago. I think I will have a UA this week. What do you think?

IMHO - sub. Far less to waorry about. Read the threads on subbing and you'll be fine.

HE is right...nothing beats a good substitution...smoke right up to the night before and say ha,ha,ha,ha,ha...

or you can dilute and worry..drink a shit load of water..load your body with too much vitamins..drink $60 dollar drinks that dont guarantee or even work..

If you don't want to sub atleast pick up some home test strips to see if you're clean.

I forgot to mention that I had an at-home test to take this morning, and I did with very first pee, and passed right away. So I think by the time of day my test rolls around I should be fine. Thanks for the replies!

Just make sure you follow the dillution sticky on the morning of the test. A strip test is not always conclusive.You may test clean one day and not another because of exercise or something else. Just be sure to play it safe.
