I found it hard to find a dealer when I first moved here. Best way is thru work/school. Find out other people that smoke and just ask em if they can get ya some (and obviously if they can get it for themselves then they should be able to get it for you). My best line is when someone coughs you say "woah, you gotta ease up on the bongs dude!" and you just get their reaction.... they will either say "haha thats funny I dont smoke pot!" or they will be like "yeah maybe I do need to cut back" so thats a prety good way of getting an answer. Other than that (for lack of anyone you suspect of smoking it having a cough) you can just bring it up casually like "hey I walked past the BLAH building the other day and it STANK of pot! How funny is that?!" so see what happens from there. Just be caseful tho, cause it only takes one person to dob you in to get busted, so only ask the people that you already suspect could smoke it anyway. I find at my work that the people that already smoke tobacco are more likely to also smoke buds. Hope this helps. One other thing is dont like get one dealer and then stop there, get at least 2 or 3 different people that you know and could get buds off, cause that way when you are dying for a chop and your first dealers got nuthin, you have some back ups... when I got my first dealer it took me ages to find another (cause I'm a little shy I guess) and it was aweful cause my dealer was either out of pot or busy all the time, so it always took me 2 or 3 days to get pot from when I ask, so if I was all run out I would have to go without for a couple of days, keep that in mind.

I know I'm talking a lot here, but I think its good advice...

One other thing, make sure you give your dealers a chop if they deliver it round to your place (or at least offer them to have a chop with you) - if they think they are going to get to smoke some of the weed when they get there they are less likely to steel some before giving it to you. lol
