It feels like that feeling in the stomach we get when were anxious... sometimes its like a restlessness, a small discomfort... sometimes its like my heart (not exactly the heart, but an area below it) were very chill, sometimes is like the "pain in the heart" we feel when are very very sad (when my gf leaved me, for example)... in fact, what i feel is a mixture of all it, and more some things that i cant describe... i only can say its not a very enjoyable feeling... so, does its "chi","psi",or whatever?

Personally, I don't think what you're experiencing is any kind of "chi" energy. In my personal experience, meditation makes your subconscious become as visible as your conscious. Sometimes if I'm dealing with a lot of stressors and worries, meditating makes it all come out, makes me stop repressing. Do you think this could be happening to you?

A note on successful qigong meditaiton, I've found the most success by using the navel or heart chakra as a center point for the energy to draw from. Then, try not focusing on feelng the energy in a particular point, but opening yourself up to letting the energy flow through you from an entrance point to an exist point. Don't try to hold it in one spot. This takes a bit longer to grasp, but the results are much more impressive, at least for me.
