I read it's best to keep lights on / off temps w/in 10 deg. of each other .
Don't remember the reasoning behind this , or even where I'd read it . Can you explain why , and the benefits in doing so in laymens terms guys ? Rhizome - Stinky ?
Peace guys

I run an a\c unit in my room when the lights are on for the most part... I keep it around 79-82 lights on. I know it stimulates flowering if your lights off temps are 10-20 degrees cooler than your lights on... but is it worth running the a\c the lights off? That thing is damn expensive. My other option is I could stagger the d\h so the room cool down, and then the d\h comes back on...heats it up, takes Rating: 5
