    harvest time

I will be harvesting in a few weeks. Is it o.k to go ahead and remove the large fan leaves now to avoid having to do it after harvest?

    harvest time

Nope, not a good idea if you still have a few weeks to go. If you really want to, you could probably do it a day or so before harvest, but the plant relies on those fan leaves for nutrients. This is the case especially when you give it a last flush, the plant will take the remaining nutrients from these fan leaves and continue creating big dank nugizzles mmm
