Just picked up from my dealer (who i've never had any trouble with before) and the weed looks a little strange.

It certainly smells like weed but it's really soft to the touch and almost damp, and isn't grinding AT ALL in my grinder. There are also quite alot of leaves and bits of stem in there and none of it seems clumped together.

I'm just wondering whether this sounds normal? If there is anything wrong with it is there anything I can do to make it smokable?

I don't have any experience with weed other than picking up through a friend, smoking it and having a jolly good time so sorry if I sound a little stupid.
