Can you tell sex from these pictures?

Is it possible that it is a hermi instead of a male, or better yet, when will I be able to tell for sure. I assume you can still smoke a hermi and I would hate to kill two and then have something happen to the third and final one. Sorry for all the questions, just dont want to ruin something that may be salvageable.

I know the pics are not great, I took them this morning before rushing off to work. If not I will try to take better pics tonight. Secondly, do you know why my largest plant seems to be growing up at a very rapid rate of speed rather than filling out like it used to be on the bottom. The top is starting to look stringy. Maybe I should move the CFL's up higher instead of leaving them on the Rating: 5
