Please help me find more songs, albums, and artists that make this kind of music using Indian instruments. I would describe it as Psychedelic, but when I search for that, I get Grateful Dead and HP Lovecraft, and not what I am looking for.

i dont know any other artists or songs like that but i can tell you that all that music was written by George Harrison of The Beatles....so you could probabaly try some of his solo work.
