When it becomes such an issue that you have to walk funny just to keep your pants up, then it's a problem and ridiculous. I wear loose clothing as I don't like tight restricting clothing, but I certainly don't sag, I find it moronic.

How the hell did it ever become "cool" to sag I will never understand.

Wearing your pants so low you can see half the ass, just looks retarded. But there's no way a law should be made against it. People these days think any time you can argue that something makes life unpleasant for someone, "they should make a law!". When will they get it? You can't make every rule of social acceptability a matter of law. Laws are the protect society from real crimes, not to be wasted enforcing common societal nuicances.

The prison system is overcrowded and underfunded enough as is. Real criminals are being releazed rediculously early just because they don't have the funds to hold them all. Kids with their pants too low shouldn't take priority for who we give that prison space too.

theres way more important shit going on in this worl than what people wear. i wear my pants low enough to show my boxers sometimes alot of people do, i dont sag to my knees or even to my thighs and if my pants droop that low i pull them up and put my belt on the next hole.

like someone said above i wear my pants wear their comfortable and if my boxers show a little bit.. tough luck pal its not like im sticking my ass in your face or something.

whats next? requiring every teenage girl who wears form fitting clothes to wear sweaters or turtle necks?

Dude it is not how they dress I wouldn't give a rats ass what you wear but nobody wants to see your underwear. they were ment to be covered up not out there for the whole world to see.
