How come whenever you plan something fun you end up getting sick or something?

Here I am a day away from going to Smackdown/ECW. Had it planned for a couple weeks now, spent and will spend up to about $250 total on this to take myself and my friend (he loves wrestling and his dad just died so I thought it would do him good to get out) out to Smackdown. On top of that I was supposed to stay up tonight so I can run down and pick up Halo 3 at Midnight tonight.

My stepfather gets a severe cold a couple days ago and even though I've stayed away from him I catch the damn thing, now today I felt like I was hit by a freight train, painful chesty cough, headache, sore throat, plugged nose, extremely tired.

Figures I'll be going to Smackdown feeling like complete donkey crap tomorrow... Why do you always get sick or something when you have things planned?

I dont know but its happened to me before a lot of times annoying as hell its just sods law I suppose.

Hopefully you'll feel better quickly. Not sure if it is widely avaliable outside of Canada but I use Cold FX and it knocks the piss out of any cold/flu, although it is a bit pricey.

A little green might help that cold though :jointsmile:
