male / female photos?

Hey there

does anyone have any pictures to compare the difference in appearance between male and female plants, at the time when you would first be able to determine the sexes and discard the males?

I've been reading about how to tell, but I think some photos would clarify a lot.

I am feeling generous so I am going to answer with pics and everything (wow *crowd cheers* /gasp!!*)

The first link is to a post I made in a thread on this very issue with some of my personal images in it. The first pic from me (in the first link) is a female. The second post of mine (and second pic) is male. Notice the white hairs on the female, and little clusters of balls around the stem on the male. Read both of my posts for more info...

P.S. - Try searching just a *little* more in the future. This has got to the the NUMBER ONE most requested topic, and there are threads on it all over the place; not to mention countless FAQs. It will save loads of time if you can find your basic knowledge out with a little of your own effort. The links I put on here are on the first page of basic growing still!

Stinky - have you ever thought about sticky posting a male/female thread to the top here? What about the thread I am linking to in this thread where I posted the male and female pics? A few other people put some good female pics in there as well and it might be a good candidate for sticky posting as I tried to give detailed descriptions in the original posts with pics... Just an idea...
