get a silica pack ( the kind you get from a new pair of shoes,drycleaners etc ) or two and throw it all in a glass jar with the lid open in a dry dark place with good air circulation.

I recently came upon some decent bud for cheap but, it's still fairly damp and need some help on how to dry it. I'm in a dorm room so just hanging it out in the open wouldn't work out too well.
