I think that's only for manual labor jobs, I remember when I was at a moving company doing work the supervisors would make us stop every 2 hours and just chill for a bit

In our state i think it's for every 7 hours they are required to give you a break. However as was mentioned before, If you work in the restaraunt industry, that doesnt always happen. They have a tendency to be more concerned about the money being brought in and keeping the place running good than the well being of the employees

Im hoping maybe i can sue, cause im pretty sure thats against some kind of labor law, mm I can smell the half million already.. ha! Nah, they would most likely just a slap on the wrist. So whats the worst day youve had at work, im sure ive had worse, but last night was up there. Rating: 5
