if I do fertilize, should i stick with the pellets only increase the amount? Or should I use the miracle grow spray and directly spray it onto the l??eaves

I kept them OUTSIDE, but because of recent complications, I've had to move them INSIDE (moved inside a week ago, plants are approx. 4 months old). Question....can my plants still grow and flourish inside, after about 4 months of being outside???? So far, there are buds on all of my plants, but they still need more time to grow and mature.
