I just hooked up a light from Ikea in my kitchen. The light had a white, black and green wire. The outlet that I hooked it to was whack and had 1 white, 1 black, 1 white/black together and 1 copper wire. I hooked the white with white, black with black and green with copper. The light works and is rockin' my kitchen but was I right in doing green with copper? Rating: 5
