Ghosty's "deep thoughts" vol. 6 (if sesame street really existed...)
If sesame street really existed, don't you think given the kind of area the show depicted, that they'd all be a lot less freindly? I mean the show pretty much took place in the projects...
The Count would definately be a pimp
Oscar The Grouch would be that hobo at the corner with a cardboard sign
Bert and Ernie, would be a gay couple, but still remain in denial
Cookie Monster would still be a fiend, but not for cookies
Big Bird, would be the leader of the local gang "The Muppets"
Snuffleufagus would be Big Bird's partner in crime, although his coke habits would keep him from being an effective leader
Barkely would be a territorial guard dog, protecting the stash
Grover would be the neurotic obesessive compulsive guy
Elmo would be that annoying kid everyone wants to shoot but wont
Forgetful Jones would be the burnout whos taken one to many drops of acid to remember clearly
Herry Monster would be an enforcer of the local gang
Mumford the Magician would be that hustler on the corner enticing suckers to guess which cup thier dollar is
Sherlock Hemlock would be the local homicide detective
Telly Monster, would be a manic depressive who yells out conspiracy theories from the steps of his complex
The Yip Yips would be one of Cookie Monster's hallucinationsghosty Reviewed by ghosty on . Ghosty's "deep thoughts" vol. 6 (if sesame street really existed...) No, I grew up in a rough neighborhood and the people were the nicest of anywhere i've lived. People who don't have much tend to appreciate the smaller things in life. The wealthier neighborhoods i've lived in though are full of assholes.
