Prolly just drink the bottle. If you're concerned about your health then you want to make sure that DXM is the only Active Ingredient other then maybe alcohol.

And I gotta say I have NEVER been near as confused as I was on DXM... except on salvia.. but I don't remember that trip at all. lol.. my friend just told me that all I kept doing was asking who I was and if he was Jesus.
