the cheap fans just dont push pull air that good, they have to be unrestricted to work decent. no tube, if tube no bends

you can get away with spending about 150 on a good 350cfm inline fan(panasonic,vortec, ect), or a squirlcage fan(if you can handle more noise) and use a cooltube/aircooled hood.
