Do expired infractions stay there forever

Here's an idea, what if instead of points against for infractions BG sets up a little parlour out her back yard where we can just go and get a good spanking instead. LOL

The expired infractions also gives us a history of the user. When we see that a person has a history of lashing out after the infraction expired time and time again.....we have the option of bumping up the numbers based on that.

I can think of at least 3 people that have pulled that crap. After a while, like a couple of pages of infractions, it gets old.:bnd2:
