The previous tenant obviously did not want to deal with the hassle of transporting weed. Would you really try and track down the previous owner to tell him to come get his pot plant that he already harvested? The landlord is not going to give the new guy the phone number, although I suppose he might pass on the new tenants number to the previous tenant. But why would he be so inclined?
