Bottom branches budding but nothing on top....
I have been growing my firt plant on the balcony of my condo building. It was getting a tad large and I noticed that all the bottom branches had started to bud and smell delicious. I have to move my plant to my other balcony which is covered and gets barely any sunlight.... my question is why hasnt the top started budding yet and the bottom branches have been budding for atleast 2 weeks? My other question is will the cut down on so much direct sunlight hurt my plant?? Will the budding continue and eventually start at the top?? Thanks so much! Pics to come!

I think it will bud, but they will be small. The more sun the better.

Bottom branches budding but nothing on top....
So i decided to take my plant off my balcony because it just wasnt getting enough sun Im thinking. it bascially got like NO direct sun only partial sun for like 3-4 hours a day....so its ack out on my other one. m wondering if perhaps my pot is too small....Ive heard that roots can get all bound up. As you can see from my pics my lower branches are budding nicely but nothing on top. Also is it normal for my lfan leaves to b turning yellow??? Im fertilizing with Miracle Grow ultra bloom. I honestly havent fertilized in a few weeks cause i heard it was good to leach but after reading numerous posts on here i saw that it was o to fertilize while flowering so i gave her some food today. Any help is appreciated! Thanks!!!:jointsmile::hippy:

If i transplant now will that harm my plant?? Also i noticed the bottom branches that have the small buds... the white hairs are starting to turn amber.....does this mean they are ready?? If so then Why are there no buds on the top of the plants and these buds are so small?? Mind you ... you this is an indoor clone if that makes a difference

transplanting could shock them and worst case turn them into "hermies" when the female turns male and starts producing seeds, which takes energy from the THC/bud production (what gets you stoned), so generally transplanting is not recommended...
but you have another thread started that shows a beautiful plant in an outdoor location that it thriving, so consider transplanting there. the picture and your description of slow budding suggest that your plant might be a "sativa" dominant variety of marijuana, which is a type that buds late and for a longer period of time...which means that transplanting could be beneficial for this type...but you risk getting a hermie plant and if you transplanted to your other location you would put that other plant at risk of producing seeds instead of buds...tough call, if i were you, i'd be happy with the results of the other outdoor plant that's in the ground, harvest in a few weeks & cure it, then come down to santa cruz, cali with your friend and party with me!
good luck to you
