Personally, I do not like having others push their views on me, which is what many JWs do. That behaviour is what I hate, not necessarily the individuals themselves, or the JW church as a whole. On the few occaisions when I have indulged them and tried to have a discussion, it was like talking to a brick wall --- they were not respectful of my views. It would certainly be different if they were more polite about how they spread their message.

I actually feel the same way about anyone who comes to my door uninvited to take my time for their purposes, whether it's JWs, Mormons, political activists, roofers, or exterminators. If they do not politely back off when I politely say I am not interested, then they better be prepared for some nasty bile --- they came into my space, and I don't feel it's rude on my part to make them very uncomfortable if they won't leave when asked.
