tell me what you would do.i have a buddy just starting out and he has this so far. ive told him everything i know pluse some but i want to know what you think.

has 1/2 a grow under his belt. meaning he has 1 plant (had too but it turned he and i told him to pull it. he didn't know it was a male lol) and the plant right now is looking like shit cuz of bad lighting/past bugissues/mag. def./N. Def./dirty room sydrom/ and had his Floruo tubes 3 feet away for most its life but just put a 250hps on it and is geting ready in a month to start his 2-3 Feminized White Widows.

one question for me though to you is what kinda organic/soil mix should he use.
