For all those CFL haters...
closet grow. 3.5 gal pot. secured lights a moded pvc setup so i could move the lights and get em real close but not too close to burn em. still got a couple burns but nothing major at all.. lined mylar on the walls and made a 4th wall with mylar wrapped cardboard. on the lights i also attached homemade mylar reflectors.....the point is a whole funkn lot of inovation with cardboard and mylar.....small oassive air hole at bottom with desk fan pumping air up through the plant. fan high in closet to expell warm trapped air....used flora nova for my grow, then rockwool formula 1 and 2 mixed with water, even though it was soil it still worked...flushed the last week before harvest.......Bam ill post some pics soon but i gotta buy a new cable to hook up the camera and upload pics.

For all those CFL haters...
well to grow i used about 5 0r 6 of those 27 watt , blue spectrum. that was on two plants until i sexed em, then discarded 1 male.
then for the bloom i got 7 of those 42 watt, red spectrum, and used those till harvest.
i used clamp lights they sell at home depot then some spliters so you can put 2 bulbs in one socket. Used SUNSHINE soil premix with perlite...super fluffy so it provides awesome air flow to roots and prevents overwatering...the bud is really fluffy but i had about 15 huge colas filled from almost the center strm to the tips...im not sure the strain as it was actually bag seed, really amazing bag seed tho... only 4 seeds in a 8th of it. didnt top, didnt LST, just kept it naturall, although next time i will deffinately LST.

oh also, i had hemp twine to tie the colas the way i needed them to not be burned by lights, also to maximize the lights effect.

sounds cool. I'd like to offer a suggestion though. All the commercial farmers and growers (veggie and trees and such) always seem to use non-organic materials for tying and supporting plants ( like wire or plastic materials). I hope you can get your camera setup too, I'd like to see the harvest as I use flourescent lighting too.

Nice!
I know this can be done. I help patients grow medicine using CFL's all the time.
1/4 lb/plant is a GREAT yield for a CFL grow! Congratulations!
