Can you make a thunder/beat sound in your head?

Ok this might sound really weird to some people I don't know lol..

Can anyone else make like a thunder sound in your head? I start making the sound a lot when I'm humming a beat and use the thunder sound for bass in my head. It's almost like it has something to do with moving your ears but I don't have to wiggle my ears to do the sound, and blinking also makes it happen easier but still not required.. I can also prolong the sound however long I want but it's kind of difficult to concentrate on it for a long time.. anyone else that can do this??

I tried searching Google but too much other stuff comes up to sift through, and I really want to know how this is done and what it is, I think maybe I'm able to move my ear drums or something?

i believe, it is the sound of your muscles working, try this clench your fist in the thumbs up position and stick the thumb in your ear
the flesh will conduct the sound into your ears flesh and ti will make the same noise, so if i muscle in your face/head was close enough to do the same, that would solve your question.

and yeah i can do ti too, smiling really hard and shutting your eyes hard does it too.
