a small bit of help please

    hey every1
im just after a bit of advise from you guys if you dont mind....
im applying for a job and SUCK at filling out the bits about yourself. I was just wondering what i could write to sell myself?
This is what they have said...
"Please tell us a little bit more about how your skills and experience will benefit the team."

I know this might be a bit hard for you to answer for me because you have no idea who i am but any help about what type of thing i should write would be greatly appreciated
    Thank Guys

tell them you are a good team worker. tell them you are a leader. tell them you are a hard worker. tell them that you are also smarter than them, just to get that out of the way.

Eager, hard working, good timekeeper, great in a team but are more than capable of working alone, willing to learn new skills.

All the usual bollocks that everybody puts.
