Colmans is where its at. Your right horseradish isnt mustard. Mustard comes from mustard seed as you proberly know. Horseradish is a vegetable (root veg I think), it looks like a big white turnip. Im guessing it is related to the radish.

I dont know how this will go down as most people proberly dont like mustard as much as me but I love it, im not too keen of the smell of it in the jar though. Its great with lamb, pork, beef, cheese, burgers. One of the greatest things ever is mustard mash. Its fantastic for sausage, mash and gravy. My favourite mustard has to be English, followed by dijon and wholegrain. Im not particually a fan of American squeezy stuff unless im having some fast food burgers. Rating: 5
