I'm Blown away,I read every page and I knew this was possible...I've had the idea to grow in huge recirculating bubblers to grow trees and have been laughed at by many local growers who say 2 zips per plant indoors is the most I'll get. I know from experience in ebb n flow I can get more that that.

Are all of the plants you grow in the 20 gal bubblers from beans or are any from clone stock. If any are clones what is the biggest clone you've grown in the big bubblers.

I know what you mean about the GDP I've grown this strain and would love to know how big their clones will get in the big system...

I'm a believer in vertical lighting now if I wasn't before. Have you grown in these 20 gal buckets w/ overhead lighting in the past and found the vert to be optimal...sorry for all the ?'s

later, and much props Shaggy

All the plants atre grown from clone, not seed. they are put in there as soon as their roots start coming out of the bottom of 4 inch rockwool cubes, then ther are placed in the net 6 inch net pots and toppoed off with expanded clay pellets too fill the pot al the way. Then the full 5600 watts is turned on and they go into as tate of shock for about a week or so. Then they take off and when they are are about 30 inches wide and 30 inches tall they get 12 hours off darkeness, oy yeah vegging takes place under 24 hour light. 3 weeks later they are 8 feet wide and about 48 inches tall, the rest is history because in my opinion theres no other way to get the yield of theses buckets. I have never tried it with ovehead lighting as I see absolutely no point, why would I, if you have ever tried veritcal lighting like this you will undesrtand why theres no point. You can get 2-3 pounds per plant with this depending on the strain, the worst I ever got was 3/4 pound off one that got horrible root rot and died before I got the sweetwater air stones and the Pythoff. No it rocks, Shaggy
shaggytodope Reviewed by shaggytodope on . Giant bubblers Heres what you get when you grow in 20 gallon recirculating bubblers with co2 in a sealed room, a 3 pound plant. Its about time I got this right. Oh yeah I already chopped the other 3. Its my own pride and joy! I call her #7, nl#5xbbxC99 the blowers in the last photo are 8ft 6 inches apart the plants were 7 foot wide and 4 1/4 feet tall, never toped or pruned, thats what vertical lighting does folks! Rating: 5
