AMAZING sized plants. REALLY STUNNING! I'm afraid I'm not up to putting anything near that much time, energy or money into my grow but that really is a GORGEOUS harvest of trees there. :thumbsup:

Hey Shaggy great pics,the controller bucket looks like I plumbers nightmare, just teasing.I appreciate all the pics you posted of the setup and am definitely saving this for future reference.Take care and be well my friend.

The controller bucket has othe parts floating in it right now in a monocloramine solution for cleaning. its really not a big deal, just looks like it at the moment

Shaggy that has to be the most inspiring grow i have seen that set up is amazing 3lb a plant would be hard for any pro grower to beat i would think.Do you give lessons on growing lol cos i want 1.

You dont have to be a pro man, YOU CAN DO IT! I was forced to try the KFB's because of legal plants #s for me and I was Impressed! I just could not get the bubble froth deal the way I would like it and my piston air pump is too loud. So I tried the dwc and wow all i can ays is WOW! never looked back since then. Its really not that difficult, just expensive to set up. ! believe anyone can get 1 1/2 pounds in any 5 gallon +bubbler with side lighting from almost any starin that isnt a single cola plant, some starins just need more veg time than others to get up to size. I only got 10.5 oz's from my frostbite but it was growing in the room with 3 NL#5s and they were 3 times bigger and had to be switched to 12/12. If I had all four being the frostbites and let them get big surely I would have trippled the yield and not to mention my C02 sensor was way out of calibration on that one and they were getting poisoned with around 2500PPM C02.

We need a good C02 thread going, I was for a long time confused about what was wrong in my room, I would put new plants in there and they would go to crap overnight spent a year and couldnt figure it out until I noticed my sensor was reading 0PPM C02 in ambient air, once I recalibrated it, was a night and day difference. Some people dont realize C02 can and will kill your plants or at least destroy your yield. The buds would grow and just when you would expect them to start a crazy flush of growth in the last few weeks they would not do anything but ripen at that size. Maybe not such a big deal in a vented room but in a sealed room its disastrous

you can get 4 pounds of 4 plant easy without spending all the money, you need:

Minimum 5 x 600k hanging VERTICAL

four DWC's setup recirculating

Gh three part

lots of air going in and out, like 1200 + cfm

TDS meter

ph tester and a room

Now just do it!

I do not consider myself to be a pro at all, I am still learning. I read ALOT, take ideas from other threads and apply them to my situation. I would be happy to walk anyone through a setup like this or even kinda like it. anything I can do to help anyone to lower their plant #s and risk while improving yield I will do.

Hell you could do it in a smaller foot print with 400 watters and i bett you would get at leat 1/2 LB per plant, that 1 pound per 1kw, I would be very unhappy with anything less than 1 pound per 1 kw when I know you can get 2+
