Doing it right this time

Ok, so ive grown 3 plants before but never to maturity. they always get broken by my high clumbsy hands. basically noob stage. so this time ive done my homework on here and i cleared out the bottom half of a bathroom closet. my budget is low so i cant afford all the bells and whisles but i want to to it the right way. i am planning on veging 3 plants to flower to hopefully get atleast 1 female but 3 females will work too. i plan in LSTing to keep them short enough to fit. . the total space is 2 feet wide 3 feet high and 3 feet deep. for lighting i have 2 42w cfls with 4 26w cfls all daylight 6500k and all in clamp lights with Y adapters.(come flower i plan on buying same lights 2 42w 4 26w but in 2700k soft white kind, is this correct?) i have the total area lined with the reflective emergency blanket including the floor and top. i have 3 pots with organic garden soil from walmart with added vermiculite and small washed pebbles mixed ratio just by eye and what felt and looked desirable. i got some liquid 10-15-10 nutes with micro nutes to use 3 weeks into veg. i have a small 4in desk fan thats weak and about a 2 foot fan thats alot more powerful with 3 settings. i plan on watering with bottled water all the way through...is this ok? my seeds are bag seed. taken from a good bag of smoke a week ago. they are now in a wet paper towel waiting to pop. i hope to get pics up soon (as soon as i find usb to camera) so u can see what i have exactly. will be updating as updates come along. hope to get some help from the vets. am i forgetting vital so far?

cool cannabis, ill be watching your grow progress. yesterday the seeds cracked open so i picked out the 5 best looking (im only keeping the 3 best for full grow) and planted them last night after work. today 3 have come out of the dirt. one has exploded out of the dirt and is about a half inch tall and has its first tiny leaves. another is just out of the dirt and is trying to open up. the other is out of the soil but has not yet opened up enough to fully eject the shell off of it, i dont want to pull off the husk because i dont want to injure the young seedling. i turned on my 6 CFL's (btw i had to use 5 26w daylight and 1 42w cool white i couldnt find any bigger daylight bulbs here in town). i just bought a new timer and i am now trying to figure out when i want the 6 hours of dark period to be. more shit when shit happens

well still no pics. and forgot about this until i posted and saw it in my sig. but i have 3 ladies from the 4 seeds in bondage and doing great. some scrony buds, some nice buds and 2 huge buds. ill harvest the 2 best ladies new years eve as long as tricombs cooperate. and leave the runt (that i sacraficed to the front so the other 2 with bigger buds would get the most light) for another week or 2. all with 6 23w cfl daylights for veg on 4 plants and 5 23w and 1 42w soft white for flower on 3 plants. i made a very reflective enclosure out of reflective E blanket and a tri fold science fair display thingy. will try to post over all yield and quality after drying and cure
