anybody have an opinion on weather it is better to cure in plastic or glass. I think I have enough glass but if I end up having to use Tupperware will the quality or taste be effected much.

Nah- anything big's usually done in Flubbermaid.
I assume you understand that we have options on your time,
And we will ditch you in the harbour if we must-

Glass is best, but tuppermaid works too.

a paper bag rapped in plastic is the best.
