Seed questions.

I've been looking at online seed banks to find a good strain, but from what I understand there is a chance that customs will take my seeds. so are there some good banks that have a pretty good success rate with getting seeds to customers in the US and is it possible to get into trouble if customs picks up my seeds and my name is on the package?
